If you used TickChic through Facebook, Instagram, or any connected app and would like us to delete the data we may hold about you, you can request deletion here.
We will permanently remove your account data, order history, and any marketing profile we hold, except where we are legally required to retain records (such as tax and anti-fraud requirements).
For data obtained via a Facebook app or page and associated with your Facebook/Instagram user ID, you may also delete it directly through Facebook's "How do I delete my Facebook app activity?" tool.
You can also submit a deletion for an app-scoped user id by emailing privacy@tickchic.com with the signed request and your user id.
